Warranty
Warranty: The warranty is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase and extends to cover any manufacturing defects pertaining to the skateboard. Under the terms of this warranty, defective components will be replaced with functionally equivalent parts that match or exceed the original parts in terms of performance and reliability. Components covered under this warranty include:
Electronic Speed Controller (ESC)
Battery
Motor
Motor Mount
Remote Control Charger
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: This warranty does not extend to components that are prone to regular wear and tear, including but not limited to the front wheels, bearings, decks, belts, griptape, and tools. Additionally, this warranty explicitly excludes damages resulting from:
Improper usage or handling, which encompasses damages caused by violent or negligent use Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Non-compliance with the user manual's instructions
Damages due to negligence, such as using the battery at high power for prolonged periods without timely charging.
Any form of deliberate or artificial damage.
Damage caused by exposure to water, as the internal components are water-resistant not waterproof.
