Lectec showcased its first prototypes at North America's largest electric-vehicle festival, Electrify!
Electrify is an e-mobility party held across the country in NY, DC, Miami, Austin, Seattle, SF, Long Beach. With over 1 million square feet of exhibit/demo space at the Nassau Coliseum in NY; The world’s leading electric brands provided exciting experiences for all! Attendees got try out their favorite electric car, E-Motorcycle, E-Bike, E-Scooter, and E-Skateboards. Lectec was proud to be amongst brands such as BMW, VW, Ford, Lexus, Volvo, Anker, Tesla, and more.
It was amazing to see all of the excited kids (and adults) try out our Lectec prototypes! With hundreds of demo rides, many of which were first time skaters (and e-skaters), it’s safe to say we had a blast! Parents and kids couldn’t wait to get their hands on a skateboard, and many of which wanted to participate in our beta testing program.
Following the expo, 20 participants were sent a prototype board to build themselves and test out! We received great feedback from the beta tests and were able to improve the design of the Lectec LS to make it even more fun to build and ride!
